I really like the way these fit throughout the day. No need to adjust, they just stay put. Sizing for medium is spot on. Prefer Y-Back to the standard strap design, and these fill the bill just fine. The fabric breathes well so moisture retention is not a problem. The pouch cut could have been a bit deeper to provide a little more lift, but overall this is a very nice thong. The cotton fabric doesn't have a lot of stretch, so if you're large "South of the Border" you might need to size up.

I wear it for working out. Pouch could have a bit more contour, but still comfortable. The back elastic has a better feel than other brand's straps. Sizing is normal for a medium.
