I know these shirts are meant to be used to keep your stomach looking lean, but I'm already in shape, despite that however, I heard that Spanx are also used for improving your posture. In case you guys are wondering...it is very true.
I sit in front of a computer all day for work and after 8 hours, it's very common to slouch and have far from perfect posture. This is very bad for your back and you look horrible when you slouch.
I now wear a Spanx under shirt a few days per week and it is amazing how it keeps your back straight, which helps you feel and look much better. I used to have soreness in my back and now am feeling way better and I now realize, it was all because of my posture.
This product is for real. You don't have to buy a drawer full of them because they are super heavy duty and made to last (wait till you feel this material). Just buy a couple of the styles you most wear and trust me, it's a worthy investment.
