Initially I had concerns about the laciness of the material, and sometimes trunks look great on the page,but there are problems with how the legs tend to ride up. Doubts evaporated the first time I wore: so comfortable, great breathing quality, feel fantastic and light, with just the right coverage and support. Totally sold on trying more mesh pieces. And very masculine look with a little more of a view from the back. No riding or bunching issues-cool! Made 'unisex', but more of men's garment IMHO; sizing isn't all that tricky: the fabric has a lot of give, but form fits at smaller size. I wear S. the S/M worked great, but can''t see it being a problem for fitting well on a slightly larger M. Should have bought more when they were a featured sale piece at $10, but well priced as is #but maybe with some patience...#. 3 thumbs up.
