This is a true mico pouch, which is fun. It would look best if you trim, if you do that sort of thing. The description says it's a split back thong. I was unaware of what that meant. This only has 2 leg straps and they are just pulled up on the hips with the 2 straps placed between the cheeks. It's very comfortable and initially it wears and looks great. However, the 2 straps will NOT stay up and keep sliding down as you move. A safety pin or a few stitches strategically placed to hold the 2 straps together will keep the straps in place. But I shouldn't have to alter something like this. It's a good idea, but it just doesn't work.
