I really like these. Ordered my usual medium and the fit was exceptional. The dual-layer pouch is roomy but supportive and provides fairly good enhancement. I was somewhat leery of the dual-layer but I find it very comfortable for all day wear. The waist band is also quite comfortable as well as the strap. It seems to have just the right tension to provide a very nice wearing experience for an extended period of time. Construction also seems to be very good. Would highly recommend
