I'm a small guy and when I got in this jock strap I was a lil disappointed. The size was rated S/M. The straps were a little too loose on my butt because of the size. I washed and dried on low to see if it would shrink some, but it didn't. The fabric in front is a mesh (which is not a good fabric at all). I haven't even worn these and the front pouch is coming unsewed already due to the poor or light construction of the jock strap.
I took up the straps myself and tried to sew the front pouch up myself.
I would not recommend this item. It was not a good value.
