These trunks look great but they have very little stretch in the seat and leg hems and almost zero stretch in the crotch. I'm a medium in just about every single piece of underwear I've owned as an adult, and this medium is almost difficult to get on. My "equipment" is not very large (i'd call it "medium" too), but there's just NOT enough room in the crotch. The tight fit looks great, especially from behind, but I just can't wear 'em. Maybe if you are more gifted in the back than the front, these might work for you. ;) I do love the way they look.
